For Hotel Playa Colibri the security of our clients is fundamental, that is why we are committed to guarantee the security of: online payments, transactions and personal data.

Through our portal, no credit or debit card information is stored by the user, except that it uses third-party payment processors (Digital Popular Services, and its Azul brand), which are in charge of doing the whole process.

The customer information may be disclosed to third parties only in the following situations: comply with a legal requirement or court order, review or complete payments of accounts or transfers because of a specific problem, review the existence or situation of the account for a third involved.
