Reservation, Cancellation, Refund and Service Policies Reservation

Policy

To confirm the stay the hotel charges the equivalent of one night to your credit card at the time of receiving the reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be sent to reception@hotelplayacolibri.com, with reference of your name, date of arrival and reservation number.
Cancellation is free when it is made at least 48 hours before arrival. In that case, a refund of the payment will be made.
For national cards, the return is processed in three working days.
For international cards, the return is processed in five working days.
In case the client cancels after the deadline or does not arrive on the reserved date, the charged night becomes a non-refundable penalty.

Service Policy

We prepare the guests accommodation for 3 PM on the reserved date. The items given during check-in are:

  • Apartment Key
  • Key of the Safe
  • Vouchers that can be exchanged for beach towels
  • Identification Bracelets
  • Tv Remote Control
  • Remote Control(s) of Air Conditioning units
  • These items have a value in case of loss. The values are specified in the registration form that the guest fills during check-in.

    Rates include Breakfast on the beach, A / C, Cable TV, Internet WI-FI, daily cleaning, safe, use of swimming pool with Jacuzzi private parking and surveillance. The residence has an electric plant and the apartments are equipped with a full kitchen.

    The guest must return the accommodation and the items specified above no later than 1 PM on the booked departure date. In case of prolongation of stay, we ask that you check with the reception department in advance to confirm the availability and make the necessary arrangements.
